A legacy project for generations to come.

‘The Perch’, as it is affectionately named, is a celebration of family. It provides the backdrop and sanctuary for the creation of years of memories for the growing family and their close friends. Nestled away in the Gulf Islands off Vancouver’s coast, the inspiration for this island getaway was derived from the infamous hotel Shutters on the Beach in Los Angeles, a family favourite. The interiors team were able to weave a coastal feeling throughout the home, while each bedroom was inspired by the city that the owners’ daughters now call home -- London, England, The Muskokas and Santa Monica.
